Key Points for Paper Submission

Manuscripts should be written in English with a single column, single-space format. Each newly submitted paper should be not shorter than 10 pages including figures and references. The reason is that the shorter papers can not give more technical details so that the reviewers have no way to make the reasonable decision on the paper quality. But as soon as the paper is accepted, considering the proceeding page limitation, we have to have a limitation to the final length. However, this minimum length for the page limitation MUST be longer than or AT LEAST equal to 10 pages.

We are kindly suggesting that the format for initially and finally submitted papers（初稿和终稿论文）should refer to the Microsoft Word Proceedings Templates within the PART of Important downloads for authors in the ELECTRONIC FORMAT REQUIREMENTS of the Springer-Verlag. Considering that our editing team will need to edit all the papers into the proceedings for publisher, and none of our editing team is familiar with LaTex software. So we are strongly suggesting you to typeset your paper in Springer LNCS WORD format when you are submitting your papers. In doing so, it will save your time in typesetting your camera-ready paper for registration process. Authors should submit their papers to the On-Line Electronic Submitting System.
